Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Nursing

SCHEDULE: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: Contract Length: 13 weeks, Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
- At least two years recent experience in field
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment
- Must have EPIC experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and humane care.
