Manager, Member Services

The Manager, Member Services is part of the Ticket Sales and Service department for Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.

The Manager, Member Services oversees the account management of our Season Ticket Member base, while supporting departmental and organizational goals. This role will help oversee a group of Account Executives while building our strategy around the maximization and retention of all accounts. This position will be a key collaborator as we work to create the best experience for all our Season Ticket Members.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Director, Member Services and is based in Golden Valley, MN.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Director, Member Services to manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 Account Executives, fostering accountability and consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute memorable Season Ticket Member events, including match day experiences.
• Support season ticket sales, renewals, and retention goals through proactive member engagement strategies.
• Lead initiatives that drive team culture, including sales contests, recognition programs, power hours, and team-building events.
• Develop and execute retention campaigns designed to strengthen member loyalty and increase renewals.
• Help oversee match day operations across premium spaces, guest service areas, the Wonderwall, and team environments.
• Serve as an expert resource on ticketing platforms (SeatGeek/Unify) and CRM systems (Agilitek).
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships with Season Ticket Members.
• Assist with the management and execution of the season ticket automatic renewal process.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance the member experience and support organizational goals.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or ticket sales experience in sports or related industry.
• Previous experience and success in selling season tickets.
• Previous experience managing a team in selling environment preferred.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate ticket sales representatives.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (evenings and weekends).
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits: Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.
