UVA Workday Finance Analyst

UVA implemented Workday Finance in July 2022 and have found several business processes that are getting hung up for approvals. They need an Analyst with experience in Workday building out workflows/business processes and assigning contacts/reassigning tasks. The biggest area they are seeing this is with expenses.

Experience:

• WD Business process admin knowledge-workflows, ie checking roles and seeing if they are able to have access or does it need to go to someone else.
• Workday Security experience- creating/modifying roles, creating access/reassigning tasks
• Kainos auditing tool is nice to have - investigating logs and verifying false positives, segregation of duties
• Perform Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process policy configuration as it pertains to security, tenant configuration
• Develop and document user procedures, guidelines, and policies as needed
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure workflows/system changes work

Core Competencies

• Communication: Specialist are often called to present their findings or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly and easily communicate findings.
