Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining structured work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our virtual setting employs a variety of telehealth tools, allowing you to engage with clients effectively and safely from home while receiving guidance from experienced supervisors.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy meetings addressing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Assist licensed clinicians in the formulation and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic services to meet legal, ethical, and clinical standards.

• Participate actively in regular clinical supervision and skill-building workshops that enhance your therapeutic techniques and clinical knowledge.

• Adjust treatment goals and methods based on client feedback and progress, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of clients grappling with varying degrees of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use. You will engage with adolescents and adults, applying evidence-based practices tailored towards their unique backgrounds and experiences, thereby enhancing their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Currently hold an active intern license in Washington State, such as LMHCA or MFT Intern.

• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients in a professional setting, ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to clinical detail, essential for maintaining client records and treatment effectiveness.

Preferred Experience\n
