We are looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to support office services operations for a client site in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can lead daily activities, build strong client relationships, and ensure dependable service delivery in a detail-focused environment. The right candidate brings hands-on office services knowledge, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and helps guide newer team members toward success.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office services activities and maintain consistent, high-quality support for the client location.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, addressing requests promptly and fostering a strong working relationship.
• Lead and support team members by providing direction, coaching, and practical assistance with daily assignments.
• Coordinate document handling tasks such as scanning, document intake, and related administrative support services.
• Manage mailroom-related operations, including distribution, tracking, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor service levels, identify workflow issues, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and ensure inquiries are routed accurately and effectively.
• Learn and perform additional reprographics support duties as needed through on-the-job training.• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide a team in a client-facing setting.
• Prior background in office services, administrative operations, or a similar support environment.
• Legal industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Clear understanding of how to operate successfully as a vendor within a client organization.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support less experienced team members.
• Experience with document scanning, mailroom functions, or related records-handling tasks.
• Comfortable managing calls on a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced setting.
