Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Salespeople to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for process, and the drive to exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on available models, features, and pricing. Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and capabilities. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up with prospective customers to promote ongoing sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and dealership performance goals. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and dealership policies. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer service roles preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of vehicle features and mechanics (training provided). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
