Job Description

You will join our Digital Transformation Pole, a team of experts in agility and organizational transformation, responsible for supporting our clients.

You will be detached to a major player in the Investment Banking sector.

Your duties will include:

• Documenting the technical solution implemented
• Monitoring IT aspects of the deployment
• Ensuring compliance with budget and deadlines on IT projects
• Interacting with project stakeholders (reporting alerts, being the IT entry point)
• Participating in governance
• Following acceptance phases

Qualifications

What profile for this position:

• You hold a Bac+5 degree (Engineering School, University or equivalent) in computer science
• You have significant experience in an Agile environment at the IT scale of a large group
• You are a good communicator with proven analysis and synthesis skills

What skills/knowledge for this position:

• Excellent knowledge of the Banking & Finance sector
• You master:
• Agile methods and tools;
• Project management;
• Operational management of teams in capex/priorities;
• The functioning of financial markets, as well as order sending systems and market data platforms.
• You are:
• Motivated by teamwork and comfortable in international teams;
• Proactive and a force of proposal;
• Able to communicate with different audiences, including infrastructure teams, production, publishers, and business lines;
• A leader capable of rallying a collective around a common vision.

• A first remote interview
• Technical test
• Meeting with an Operational Director and a Senior Consultant
