CNC Operator Swiss, 2nd Shift
Globus Medical
Branch Medical Group, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks a CNC Swiss machine operator for the second shift to produce orthopedic and spinal implant components. The role involves operating assigned CNC machines, performing quality inspections, and ensuring parts meet engineering specifications and manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
- Measure, inspect, and load/unload parts from assigned CNC Swiss machines
- Implement dimensional adjustments and offsets as needed to meet specifications
- Conduct basic machine changeovers and break down/store job-specific tooling
- Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately
- Inspect finished products according to drawings, work instructions, and process specifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform microscopic visual inspection with attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
