Moving forward, we remain dedicated to strengthening those partnerships, one relationship, one project, and one generation at a time.We are hiring for two shifts: Swing shiftWe are only hiring for full-time work - 40/hr week or more, overtime is available.Hourly salary range: $23.49 – 30.15/hr * As of 8/1/2026 there will be a pre-negotiated 3.25% cost of living increase, per the union contract, the wage range for skilled production welders will be adjusted.Wages are DOE, subject to a variety of factors including but not limited to: Weld test, Union Contract wage scale, prior relevant experience, skilled experience and/or certifications in specific areas of skilled manufacturing. Wage advancement and opportunity are outlined in the CBA.We are a Union Shop. We are part of the USW Local #289 M (United Steel Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International) Union.You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position and be able to perform the following essential tasks continuously, for an 8-hour shift.Stand at workstation for entire shiftHold 20LB casting against grinding belt without supportLift up to 50LBSPush castings into saw blade with 40LBS of forceStraighten castings with a hammerWork in cold winter and hot summer conditionsJob is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen within 24-hours of job offer.
