What You Bring: Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Current RN license and NBCRNA certification BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master s or Doctorate) Ability to build collaborative team relationships and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in general, obstetric, and neurosurgical cases is a plus Additional Skills That Enhance Your Application: Experience with arterial line insertions, IV placements, and floor intubations Previous exposure to hospital-based anesthesia in a Level 3 trauma environment Familiarity with Epic electronic health records (anticipated implementation by June 2026) Preferred Education & Experience: Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Prior experience in hospital anesthesia serving adult and geriatric populations New graduates are encouraged to apply Other Requirements: Temporary privileges approved; credentialing approximately 90-120 days Schedule features 8 or 10-hour day shifts Will work under supervision: 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs Mileage will not be reimbursed Enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of $167.50, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a supportive team committed to your success.
