Systems Engineer - ILS Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, logistics engineering, sustainment, or integrated logistics support, or a graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, we will consider at least 8 years of related integrated logistics support, sustainment, or logistics systems engineering experience.
• We value prior experience in logistics engineering, product support analysis, and logistics supportability analysis methods such as GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-STD-1388-2B.
• Familiarity with LSA software tools, models, and databases such as Slicwave, EAGLE, and Powerlog is preferred.
• Experience using logistics and supportability analysis applications such as Compass for LORA and CASA for LCCA is an advantage.
• We look for strong oral and written communication skills, solid analytical thinking, and proven problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment is preferred.
• Experience with cost account and project engineering management, earned value management system techniques, and AI tools to improve quality and efficiency is desirable.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain any required security clearances, licenses, or status needed by our client.
• A current security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for off-site program meetings is required.

• We plan and coordinate all logistics elements to ensure integrated logistics support requirements are identified for the program.
• We develop and review logistics support documentation, including ILSPs, LCSPs, LCCAs, LORAs, provisioning parts lists, maintenance task analyses, maintenance plans, SERDs, and other LSA deliverables.
• We perform logistics analyses and assessments such as supportability analysis, spare parts depth and range evaluation, DMSMS review, and risk analysis.
• We analyze lifecycle costs, support sustainability, and plan for obsolescence, upgrades, or end-of-life disposal.
• We use ILS tools and software to manage logistics data, monitor performance, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• We work closely with project engineers, design engineers, program managers, and customers to embed logistics considerations into system design.
• We define support and maintenance requirements at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels for electronic equipment.
• We manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting acquisition program logistics efforts for legacy systems, future systems, and technical refreshes or upgrades.
• We provide logistics, sustainment, life cycle support, training, recommendations, and advisory support to customers.
