Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of general corporate law experience
- Deep familiarity with venture capital financings, public offerings, and SEC reporting
- Experience with startup and emerging company representation across growth stages
- Strong corporate governance knowledge and client counseling skills
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- California Bar admission or eligibility to waive in preferred

The ideal candidate will have broad exposure to venture capital transactions, capital markets, and public company reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Advise technology and life sciences clients on venture financings and corporate governance
- Assist with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and ongoing SEC compliance

- Support early-stage companies through growth, M&A, and exit strategies
- Build long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
