IT Program Manager

Senior IT Program Manager, Web & AI_& Cloud_
Location: 100% Remote (work PST time zone)
US Citizen, Green Card or H4 EAD
Job Description
Must have 10 - 15 years as a Program Manager with experience developing and managing programs in a tech company's, SAAS company's, or cloud company's etc.. (Current and recent experience in notable tech companies)
Experience leading AI presence at large tech conventions, conferences or tech summits, helping to schedule content reviews, and overall presence
Program manage various web projects such as new AI thought leadership projects and pages, working with various stakeholders
(Current) Experience as a Program Manager with Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Data space projects: Program manage various PMM projects such as subsequent presence for AI Agents at Data + AI World Tour, and product launches
In this role, you will program manage and successfully launch several strategic initiatives, including:
- Lead our AI presence at Data + AI Summit (Databricks marquee event), helping to schedule content review, and overall presence
- Program manage various web projects such as new AI thought leadership pages, working with various stakeholders
- Program manage various PMM projects such as subsequent presence for AI Agents at Data + AI World Tour, and product launches
Desired Skills
- Senior-level program manager who can hit the ground running with little guidance or direction, taking projects from inception to completion
- 10 - 20 years of experience developing and managing programs, preferably in a high-tech company
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Have executive-level polish and have demonstrated the ability to present and gain consensus with VP+ audiences inside tech companies on project timelines and goals
- Experience in a wide range of marketing projects such as event management, content development, website creation, and product launches
- Enthusiastic team player and digital ambassador with the ability to influence others
- Familiarity with the cloud, AI, analytics, and data space preferred
