Senior Human Resources Generalist

Client: Entertainment/Events Organization Role: Senior Human Resources Generalist (Consulting to Hire) Pay Rate: $45/hr - $48/hr Location: Midtown Manhattan - *2 days a week onsite* Job Description: Position Overview The company is seeking a Senior HR Generalist who can serve as a true business partner and wear multiple hats across the HR function. This is not a role for someone who is strictly administrative. They are looking for a commercially minded HR professional who understands the business, partners closely with leadership and Finance, and can help identify practical solutions to business needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of key HR functions, and supporting both the day-to-day and strategic needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and process payroll Handle semi-monthly, multi-state payroll for approximately 130 full-time employees plus contractors Partner closely with Finance on budgeting and annual compensation increases Support employee relations matters Work closely with business leaders and internal business partners Serve as a trusted HR partner to the organization Support Learning & Development initiatives and training activities Review, update, and improve HR policies Wear multiple hats and provide support across the broader HR function Help ensure HR is actively connected to the business and its goals #J-18808-Ljbffr
