As a veterinarian at Bethany Family Pet Clinic, you will have access to varied and challenging caseloads, moving beyond general small animal practice. We provide essential urgent care services to the community, and you will work closely with teammates experienced in advanced diagnostics & treatment planning across complex Cardiology & Internal Medicine cases. Practicing AAHA-accredited medicine ensures you are constantly learning & utilizing advanced techniques and equipment. Our focus is on comprehensive, proactive care that allows you to explore complex cases & utilize the full breadth of your medical training every day. What We Are Looking For We’re seeking an entrepreneurial & proactive leader with a passion for both animal care & client service to take on the role of Hospital Manager. Ideal candidates will have: Veterinary experience (highly preferred) CVPM Certification (preferred) A passion for growing & developing leaders A tenacious, resilient leadership style with the grit to lead through change & go above & beyond for their team Strong management experience with a proven track record of growth within a practice What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, & building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
