Here, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and support teams to transform student success stories through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a crucial member of the educational team, your guidance will help ensure students reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Prior experience working within a school setting highly preferred
- Solid understanding of implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach when consulting with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administration to foster best practices
- Provide ongoing staff training and coaching on ABA techniques and behavioral supports
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and contribute to IEP team meetings
- Engage with families and caregivers regarding intervention strategies and progress updates
