First impressions matter!Efficient and accurate patient scheduling.Stellar communication/triaging in person, phone calls, texts.Interpreting account ledgers for balances, credits, EOBs.Collecting payment and asking for reviews.Explaining insurance, copays.Presenting and closing treatment plans.OSHA/HIPAA compliance officer.Administrative duties.Cross-trained in insurance billing/AR, implementing and analyzing metrics, marketing/business development, etc.Ready to join?
