Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Desktop Device & Engineering (DDE) Sr. Integration Engineer Developer on behalf of our client in Remote, United States. This role supports enterprise endpoint engineering initiatives within a large-scale IT environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications, integrations, and automation solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft technologies. The position requires strong software engineering expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary technical teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Integration

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, refactor, and enhance existing software solutions to improve performance and reliability.

• Develop automation tools and workflow-driven applications integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and SQL Server.

• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

• Design and optimize relational databases and create SQL queries to support application functionality and reporting.

Engineering & Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and operations teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, technical design discussions, and sprint planning activities.

• Provide development effort estimates and recommend technical solutions for business and operational requirements.

• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Utilize source control and version management best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Quality, Security & Documentation

• Apply secure coding standards and software development best practices.

• Develop and execute unit testing and support system and integration testing efforts.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, workflows, and support procedures.

• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, quality, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field and 10+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, enterprise IT, desktop engineering, systems administration, or related technical environments.

• Strong experience developing applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, refactoring, enhancing, and supporting existing C#/.NET applications.

• Experience with SQL Server, relational database design, SQL queries, and database-driven applications.

• Experience integrating applications with SharePoint, Microsoft Word automation, or workflow-based solutions.

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or complex IT environments.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code automation platforms.

• Experience with deployment automation, scripting, operational reporting, or endpoint management tools.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft .NET Development, SQL Server, Power Platform, or related technologies.

• Familiarity with enterprise security practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
