Hands-On Progress Tracking: Step away from the desk to visit warehouse and operations areas, gathering real-time status updates on open orders. Proactive Communication: Flag priority requests for the warehouse team, keep customers informed on completion timelines or delays, and keep meticulous logs in our ERP system. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with internal teams to eliminate communication gaps and ensure seamless service delivery.
