What You’ll Own Manage patient scheduling and maintain efficient daily flow Guide patients through their visits from check‑in to checkout Process payments, maintain ledgers, and ensure account accuracy Track care plans and help keep patients consistent with care Maintain organization across systems, documentation, and workflows Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members Support overall office operations wherever needed Who Thrives in This Role Naturally takes initiative and follows through Enjoys structure, systems, and keeping things running smoothly Can handle a high‑volume environment without losing attention to detail Communicates confidently and professionally Stays calm, focused, and solutions‑oriented under pressure Wants to grow into leadership or higher‑level responsibility You take pride in doing things right — not just getting them done.
