SMD TW Test/Pack Operator

Job Summary Packing Surface Mount resistors into reels or bulk packages, including product types such as WSL, WSLM, WSK, WSC, WSF, and WSH. Job Location Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE. What you will be doing Turns on packing machine and loads reels, cover tape, and carrier tape. Receives order form QC or Finished Good Stock. Sets up computer with packing and testing specifications noted on production card. Sets counters and runs out leader tape. Places resistors into Syntron bowl (Test pack or Tokyo Weld machines) or loads resistor sticks to table (stick‑to‑tape machines). Starts machine with keyboard button. Operates machine until the desired quantity is packed. Runs out carrier tape tail to wind around end of reel. Removes finished reel from machine; if order quantity exceeds current reel, repeats procedures. Packages orders in bulk packaging when necessary. Prints PNID labels and barcode labels as required. What you will bring along High school diploma or equivalent. One month to three months of relevant experience.
