Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required
• Master's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience in a technical and/or sales role
• Understanding of fluid dynamics and pressure vessels
• Ability to travel as needed for customer support, training, and project requirements
• Strong engineering, mathematical, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Proven customer service, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for equipment in the field
• Conduct product training for customers, contractors, engineering firms, and sales teams
• Perform customer demonstrations, presentations, and field evaluations
• Support sales efforts by identifying equipment upgrades and additional product opportunities
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations, and engineering documentation
• Maintain project records and documentation in CRM and engineering systems
• Create and update drawings and models using Autodesk software and Vault
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and support sales goals
• Assist in developing concepts for new products and services based on customer feedback
• Stay current with industry trends through training, trade shows, and professional development activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pumps, fluid control systems, or industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessel code
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality control programs
• Experience with plastics, metals, casting, and molding processes
• Understanding of industrial customer service, sales, and distribution environments
