Contract AdministratorResponsibilitiesEnsures subcontracting strategies align with project goals and company policies.Reviews and interprets prime contract requirements to ensure subcontract compliance.Manages and is responsible for the Small Business Program.Timely submits Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontracting Report (SSR) in accordance with the Small Business filing requirementsPerforms periodic audits on business classification of suppliers, and Sourcing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the Small Business Program.Organizes and participates in outreach programs, supplier development events, and training sessions to promote small business opportunities.Prepares and presents reports on small business program performance to internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university (or enrolled and in process of acquiring); Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) preferred.1+ years related experience and/or training…Contracts, Pricing, Suppliers, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain. Legal and/or Inside Sales.Experience in an Industry that deals Government Contracts…Aerospace, Military / Defense, or Energy is preferred.Relevant Aerospace & Defense industry experience and knowledge of FAR / DFARS preferred.Strong negotiation skills preferred.Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
