Role Description The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and presenting the features and benefits of the community to secure new leases. Day-to-day activities include responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, assisting with lease applications and renewals, and accurately completing lease-related documentation in accordance with company policies. The Leasing Consultant supports resident retention by providing prompt, professional customer service, addressing concerns, and helping coordinate resident events or engagement activities. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends, contributing to marketing efforts, and collaborating with the property management team to ensure a positive resident experience and strong occupancy levels. Qualifications Experience with leases and lease administration, including explaining lease terms, processing applications, and managing renewals. Skills in resident retention, with the ability to build relationships, support resident satisfaction, and assist in community engagement initiatives.
