Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Lodi, California, United States. This travel assignment starts on 10/19/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to ER patients following the nursing process and established standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Triage, stabilize, and monitor patients; respond to evolving emergencies using current protocols.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams; coordinate care with patients and families.
- Document care in the electronic health record, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family education.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (California) required
- Minimum two years of recent ER/acute care experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; CPR-certified as applicable
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- BSN preferred; EPIC experience preferred
