Responsibilities Content rights landscape, including music, for record labels, music publishers and Performing Rights Organizations Content ingestion practices (DDEX), digital supply chain operations, publishing clearance, and metadata management Compliance with reporting obligations, and other key provisions from complex licensing agreements Management of 3rd party service providers Content management system architecture and development Drive Automation & Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and tooling. Partner with technical teams to implement solutions that improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times. Resolve Complex Partner Issues: Serve as a key escalation point for complex partner challenges, including revenue discrepancies, reporting issues, and product-related concerns. Investigate root causes and drive timely, effective resolutions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and operational readiness for new initiatives, product launches, and policy changes.
