Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) Location: Coral Springs, FL 33071 Job Category: Sales and Sales Operations Requisition Number: HALLM008794 Part‑time, hybrid position. Salary and Schedule Details Starting hourly rate: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training (live, hands‑on and virtual classroom). Paid “voluntary” benefits for part‑time employees (medic‑al, dental, vision, etc.). Annual pay increases are available. Variable schedule; average weekly hours: 8–12. Availability required the week before and after major holidays (including weekends) and for seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys; interact professionally with store staff and customers; maintain the entire Hallmark display. Holiday support: Provide additional coverage during peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and on the holidays themselves. Department resets: Participate in team installations and resets; receive advance notice (typically two weeks) for remodel assignments; may work evenings or weekends. Team collaboration: Support fellow merchandisers as needed. Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting of 30‑pound loads and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds; frequent kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and use of ladders. Basic Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Proficient with a digital handheld device for reading documents and interpreting information. Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access. Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.
