Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part‑time) – Freeport, FL 32439 Job Category: Sales and Sales Operations Requisition Number: HALLM008671 Location: GMS Freeport, FL 324393916, USA Employment Type: Part‑time | Hybrid Salary and Schedule: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (starting). Variable schedule, average 7–17 hours per week. Pay increases annually. May be required to work before/after holidays, weekends, and seasonal shift changes. Responsibilities: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in various retail stores. Use mobile device to report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Maintain proper product display and work with store employees and management. Support holiday demand, including extended hours and working on holidays such as Valentine’s, Mother’s, and Father’s Day. Assist with department resets, installations, and fixture moves – typically two weeks’ notice. Collaborate with a network of merchandiser colleagues and cover for teammates as needed. Physical Requirements: Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally. Will kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs and step ladders during workday. Basic Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. Fluent in reading and writing English. Ability to operate a hand‑held digital device and understand documents. Access reliable Wi‑Fi and internet during shift. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores. Benefits: Paid training, both live and virtual.
