Job Overview A law firm seeks a skilled Real Estate Attorney with at least 5 years of commercial leasing experience to join their Health Transactions Practice Group in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves working on sophisticated leasing matters, particularly within the health care industry, including hospital-physician arrangements and medical office building transactions. The position offers flexibility for full- or part-time schedules. Duties Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial leases. Manage commercial real estate transactions from letter of intent to closing. Ensure consistency and attention to detail across complex lease documents. Collaborate with a multi-state team of attorneys. Requirements Minimum of 5 years practicing commercial real estate law. Experience with ground leasing preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Proven ability to manage lease transactions from term sheet through execution.
