As a Commission-Only Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to clients, helping them secure their financial future and protect their loved ones. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of life insurance products, and a passion for helping others achieve financial security. Key Responsibilities Prospect, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online leads. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs. Educate clients on the different types of life insurance policies available and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Present insurance policy options to clients and explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs in a clear and understandable manner. Customize insurance proposals based on clients' individual circumstances, including coverage amounts, policy terms, and premium payments. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and facilitate policy issuance.
