Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)
• IV start experience

Assignment Details

• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts based on unit needs.
• Weekend requirement.
• Holiday requirement.
• On-call requirement.
• First to float between campuses as needed.
• Black scrubs.
• Charting system: MEDITECH.
• Department equipment includes Siemens Symbia T6.
• Studies performed include cardiac, HIDA, bone scan, gastric emptying, GI bleed, lung, brain death, and DAT scans.
