Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families, spanning all ages from young children to seniors.

• Perform physical examinations, interpret lab results, and craft individualized treatment strategies.

Required Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine recognized by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Essential Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active medical license in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable.
