Location: Fridley, MN (Onsite) W2 Basis Only

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and deliver business value. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with an understanding of business systems and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand business strategies, challenges, and opportunities for improving efficiency and delivering value.
• Analyze business data and trends to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Work with business datasets to define use cases for improving products, processes, and services.
• Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to define and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for system and product enhancements.
• Represent business needs and priorities throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in projects from requirements gathering and analysis through design, implementation, and delivery.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to systems, products, and business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build consensus and achieve project objectives.
• Communicate project status, business requirements, issues, recommendations, and findings to senior stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to other team members when required.
• May coordinate projects, delegate activities, and review deliverables.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience with a High School Diploma/equivalent, or 2+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree.
• Strong business and data analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and business processes and develop recommendations.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Customer-service-oriented approach.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of business systems, software, and technology concepts.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of project management is preferred.
