Promote a culture focused on guest loyalty and team well-being using the success triangle framework. Manage daily costs effectively to meet profitability goals. Create, manage, and monitor all social media content to maintain consistent engagement across platforms. Oversee and support these programs to ensure every guest experience is exceptional and memorable. Handle the full reservation process—from initial confirmation to post-service reviews. Collaborate with groups to tailor experiences that exceed expectations. Key Requirements Proven leadership skills with a focus on shift excellence and team support. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence. Ability to manage costs and drive profitability. Experience in social media content creation and audience engagement. Familiarity with host and service assistant operations. Organizational skills for managing reservations and coordinating group experiences. Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
