Structural Project Manager

Description Larson is seeking an experienced structural engineer with 15 or more years of experience to serve as a mentor to early‑career engineers on our structural team. The ideal candidate will have design experience across a wide range of building project types (commercial, educational, health care, residential, and industrial). A self‑starter with strong communication skills, self‑discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility is essential. This hybrid position can be based in either the Appleton or Wauwatosa office. Basic Qualifications 15 or more years of experience B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program Licensed Professional Engineer MS Office experience (Word and Excel) Self‑motivated and strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Experience with Business Development and networking Experience leading project design teams and coordinating client communication Experience managing direct reports, including staff development Preferred Qualifications M.S. in Structural Engineering Licensed Structural Engineer Revit experience RISA experience Benefits Full‑time positions offer competitive health and dental insurance, paid holidays, generous paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
