Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers to design, implement, and monitor comprehensive patient treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, assessing risk and ensuring clients receive timely referrals to additional support services when necessary.

• Maintain thorough and compliant patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system for efficient and accurate reporting.

• Engage in regular staff meetings and peer supervision sessions to enhance personal development, share insights, and promote best practices for high-quality patient care.

Your work will primarily focus on supporting terminally ill patients and their families, addressing both emotional and practical challenges during end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
