A bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in education, including a previous school administrator role, and a proven track record of working with both K-8 and high school curriculum. They must be adept at problem-solving, capable of navigating change, and able to inspire teachers to integrate a biblical worldview into their instruction.
