Overview A cutting-edge San Diego-based technology company serving the biotech and life sciences sector is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth with enterprise-level clients. This is not a transactional sales role — we’re looking for a consultative, solutions-oriented seller who can engage C-suite and senior leadership, quantify ROI, and craft tailored business cases. You’ll help clients see how their solutions can save millions in cost or accelerate outcomes over time through data-driven storytelling and financial modeling. Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid or Onsite) Compensation: Up to 150k base DOE + $350k OTE + full range of benefits What You’ll Bring 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience , ideally within biotech, life sciences, or scientific technology Proven track record of complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite decision-makers Ability to build and deliver quantifiable business cases Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong business acumen and comfort discussing ROI, efficiency, and operational impact US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
