Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose Statement The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet evolving human capital needs of Plexus and introduce top talent into the Company. The Specialist will own the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, forming relationships with community and business organizations, and onboarding new hires. The Specialist may also assist with other general HR functions. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications and selection criteria. Aggressively network, advertise, and message within various local or global platforms, such as LinkedIn, to engage passive candidates. Own full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, phone screening, assessing, selecting and supporting top talent through their first day, including assessing all skills, education, salary requirements and potential. Participate in formal onsite interviews as needed. Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates, the job, the team and the company. Develop strong knowledge of the company, its culture, benefits, products and services to sell the company, the job and the career opportunity. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use appropriate technical language and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company. Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, HRMS and applicant tracking systems. Physical Requirements Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved. Travel Requirements Less than 40%. Salary Range $55,400.00 – $83,200.00.
