How You Will Make An Impact

• Own the daily receiving, organization, tracking, preparation, and shipment of technology hardware and equipment.
• Verify incoming shipments and maintain accurate records for received inventory.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship hardware while validating serial numbers, model numbers, quantities, addresses, and other critical details.
• Coordinate FedEx and other carrier shipments, monitor deliveries, and investigate shipping exceptions or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile differences between physical inventory and system or spreadsheet records.
• Maintain organized warehouse shelves, storage areas, incoming equipment, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain Excel-based operational records covering inventory, receiving, shipping, and related activities.
• Produce weekly reporting covering both customer-owned and company-owned hardware held in the warehouse.
• Partner with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure equipment reaches the correct destination accurately and on time.
• Identify practical ways to improve inventory control, shipping workflows, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Do You Bring Proven Success In Warehouse, Inventory, And Shipping Operations?

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, fulfillment, or a closely related operational role is preferred.
• Practical understanding of inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Working knowledge of FedEx shipping processes and systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining spreadsheets, sorting and filtering data, and using basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when validating serial numbers, quantities, product models, and shipping information.
• Ability to investigate inventory and shipping discrepancies and follow issues through resolution.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working in a small-team environment where priorities and responsibilities may shift based on business needs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to regularly handle, package, move, and organize technology equipment and perform typical warehouse activities throughout the workday.
