- Recruit to culture by understanding our clients' missions and core values, ensuring alignment between talent and company.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.
- Develop strong client relationships, consult on job descriptions, compensation trends, and workplace culture.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for hire.
- Present top talent through thoughtful, value-based communication.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success.
- Leverage technology and our proven 7-step process to maximize efficiency and candidate quality.
- You bring positivity , even during a tough search.
- You're genuine , honest, and deeply committed to doing right by your clients and candidates.
- You're loyal to your team and purpose-driven in your approach to recruiting.
- You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service .
- You have at least 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are open to learning from best-in-class tools and workflows, including ATS optimization, goal-setting frameworks, and behavioral assessments.
- You reside within a commutable distance to our Moorestown, NJ office to support our hybrid schedule of (3 days in office, 2 days remote after 60 days of training).
