Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback or assistance as needed
- Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations
- Help manage classroom behavior and routines, ensuring a positive atmosphere
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
