This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference working either 1:1 with a student or as classroom support, partnering closely with certified staff and educational teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to supporting students with diverse disabilities and learning needs.
• Skilled communicator with strong oral and written abilities, fostering collaboration across teachers, specialists, administrators, and families.
• Experience implementing behavior support plans and utilizing positive behavioral intervention strategies consistent with district policy.
• Proven background providing instructional assistance, adapting and reinforcing lessons as directed by certified educators.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet the evolving needs of individual students and a variety of classroom settings.
• Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics in every interaction.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong skills in observation, record keeping, data collection, and monitoring student progress.
• Experience following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support student goals academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Role Highlights:

• Immediate start and security through May 29, 2026.
• Serve 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in dynamic K-12 settings.
• Opportunities include working 1:1 or providing classroom-wide support.
