Business Operations Manager

bloXroute is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Business Operations Manager with strong expertise using Hubspot CRM. This role will support our business team by optimizing processes, maintaining clean data, implementing automations, and delivering actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and growth. Responsibilities Be the owner of the GTM (Go To Market) data and information systems, ensuring alignment with broader company goals Take ownership of the CRM system, drive actionable process improvements, and empower the business team to achieve success Identify and integrate data sources, collaborating with development and product managers to build and maintain a single source of truth for operational data Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics systems to provide actionable insights that guide business strategy and operational efficiency Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and product teams by providing data-driven recommendations and identifying new business opportunities Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights for decision-making Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and project-based initiatives to optimize business performance and operational processes Requirements 5+ years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management 2-3+ years experience with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi),and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business models In-depth understanding of Hubspot’s CRM functionalities, including sales pipeline management, contact and deal creation and reporting Experience with automation workflows, lead scoring, email tracking and integration with third-party tools within Hubspot Skilled in creating dashboards and generating reports in Hubspot to analyze sales performance, pipeline health and forecasts Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams Experience with sales tech stack management Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources for reporting, analysis and data validation process Ability to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for process improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
