NOW HIRING – OFFICE MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER.
Integrity Exterior Solutions – Lincoln, NE.

Are you organized, dependable, and great with customers? We're looking for a Project Manager to help keep our construction projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Order materials for upcoming jobs.
Contact customers and keep them informed throughout the project.
Schedule project start dates and coordinate crews.
Ensure materials are delivered on time.
Perform job site check-ins as needed.
Collect final payments when projects are completed.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and communication.
Work closely with sales staff and production teams.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Construction experience preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
