Bilingual HR Coordinator
Location: Tappan, NY (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their growing Human Resources team in Tappan, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their HR career in a hands-on environment where responsibilities will grow along with your experience.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn all aspects of Human Resources. Experience with AI tools and technology is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screens and assist with the interview process
• Manage interview schedules and maintain calendars
• Update, format, and maintain job descriptions
• Provide support with employee relations matters
• Assist with the implementation of a new payroll system
• Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations
• Partner with hiring managers and employees to ensure a positive employee experience
• Assist with special HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Previous HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
• Knowledge or interest in AI tools and workplace technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
