Perm Adult Outpatient Therapist

Seeking an Adult Outpatient Therapist with a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and the appropriate Michigan licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake evaluations and provide treatment to adults and families.
• Assess and document mental health and/or co-occurring substance use needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, families, and other support professionals.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate discharge planning.
• Complete required clinical training.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Flexible scheduling available.
• Some evening/weekend hours may be required.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Michigan license: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP .
• Obtain QMHP credential within 120 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness; fieldwork/internship may count.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse populations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
