• Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $35.60 – $48.17 per hour (Based on licensure and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced licensed behavioral health professional to join our Adult Outpatient Mental Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to adults with mental health and substance use disorders while supporting the clinical and administrative operations of the outpatient program.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adult clients.
• Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing clinical support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Coordinate care with community resources and referral partners.
• Support program operations, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in after-hours crisis coverage as needed.

-> Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology .
• Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license ( full license required ).
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing therapy to adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Experience with individual, family, and group therapy .
• Strong crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

-> Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Community Mental Health (CMH) or outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of community resources and care coordination.
• Leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience is a plus.
