Accountant | Client Services Manager (Contract-to-Hire)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: Hybrid (Mondays required onsite; choose two additional onsite days)Position Summary: Our client is searching for an Accountant / Client Services Manager on a contract-to-hire basis. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 6-7 client accounts, managing relationships, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients, takes ownership of tasks from start to finish, and thrives in a smaller, collaborative company environment where accountability and initiative are highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple priorities across various client entities and providing proactive solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain regular communication.Lead client onboarding and manage ongoing client relationships.Coordinate bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory services to ensure timely deliverables.Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and expense management processes for assigned clients.Monitor engagement scope, resolve client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams and external tax professionals to support client needs.Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships.Support process improvements, team collaboration, and software implementations.
