Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and promote collective healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatry and other healthcare providers to develop integrated treatment strategies that support comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to effectively manage high-risk situations.

• Maintain clear, timely, and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
